This tract consists of approximately 187± acres of land. There is an older set of improvement consisting of small home (not livable), 40’ x 80 Round top barn with 20’ x 80’ lean too on each side (still very useable), small garage (fair cond.), couple small buildings (poor Cond), granary, electric service, and domestic water well by home.
